Sacred Fire: Why Your Spirituality Doesn’t Need to Be “High Vibe”

Somewhere along the way, spirituality became tangled up with the idea that we should always be positive, grateful, healed, and “high vibe.” But anger isn’t spiritual failure. Grief isn’t negative energy. Chaos isn’t always something to fear. Our uncomfortable emotions carry information, reveal boundaries, demand change, and remind us what matters. A spiritual practice that only makes room for love and light leaves half of the human experience in the shadows. It’s time to make room for sacred anger, honest grief, necessary chaos, and the messy work of being human.
